Description
This ought to make the masses happy -- a new floating city, long promised and not forgotten about! 
This is the sports/entertainment complex, centered around a massive venue for sports or events flanked by two smaller theaters.
I'm going to work on the suggested floating hubs and bridges to link these together next.
The buildings are a combination of my own work and parts of the excellent Dystopia city blocks set from DAZ.
